It would be great if someone wanted to help manage the group that was willing to only allow quality submissions.

Hey guys,
Since Rock0 signed this group over to me way back when, there hasn't been much activity here.

We are certainly still accepting new skins, it's nice to keep all the good ones in a single place.

I hope to sometime organize these better: 'featured' and 'favorites' are too similar. And as cold as it seems, I would like to organize them by quality to some degree.
